Confirming Marshalling Commitment

As you no doubt already know, coordinating the marshalling roster takes a lot of effort so your cooperation would be greatly appreciated. This roster may be updated on a regular basis so please keep an eye out here for possible changes. To assist you to remember, the Club will send you a notification via email and text of your upcoming commitment. Your confirmation would be appreciated by clicking on the confirmation button

Changing Your Marshalling Commitments

Marshalling is a requirement of membership as we cannot run races without the number of Marshalls designated by our race permits. To change a date, it would be appreciated if you could make contact with the member directly and arrange to swap and then click the button “ADVISE OF ROSTER CHANGE” to complete the form. If you don’t have the contact details of any of the members for the date/s you would like to try and swap, you can submit a request to change below. This must be done at least 2 weeks before hand (preferably more) to ensure we have time to find a replacement.
