Entry Fees to Rise

Over the course of the last 5 years, the committee have been cognisant of the need to maintain our costs as low as possible, but this has become more and more challenging.

It is impossible to maintain the club financially on a base membership fee of $25 per annum, some of which are on payment plans with AusCycling over 12 months comes to the club.

All manner of costs including supplies, power, insurance, prizes & awards have increased over the last few years and with attendance numbers being lower over the last few years, the club must increase the entry fees to maintain positive cash flow allowing future investment in club equipment and general improvements.

As such, your Committee have voted unanimously to change the entry fee structure to following from the start of the second half of the racing calendar:

• Online Entries for Club Races through Buncheur.com (or whatever system is used for the event) - $12.50

• On the day or manual entries (ie texting the handicapper or showing up on the day) - $15.00 cash
